-Payment and Cancellation Policy: I value our clients and their commitment to our services. Our payment terms, including any deposit or retainer required upfront, are clearly defined. I will also outline our cancellation policy, including any applicable fees or penalties for cancellations or rescheduling. (All Deposits are non- refundable )

-Usage Rights and Licensing: I respect the creative rights of my clients. We clearly define the usage rights and licensing terms for the photographs. This includes specifying whether you will have exclusive or non-exclusive rights to use the images and any restrictions on their usage or distribution.

-Image Selection and Editing: I want you to be involved in the creative process. Depending on the package, you may have the opportunity to select specific images for editing, or our experienced photographers will make the final selection based on their artistic expertise.

-Image Delivery and Formats: I aim to provide convenience and flexibility. I discuss and agree on the method of delivering the final images, such as through an online gallery, USB drive, or prints. I also ensure that you receive the images in the desired file formats and resolutions.

-Client Communication and Feedback: I value open communication. I Have establish preferred methods of communication with our clients and strive to respond promptly. I encourage you to provide feedback or request adjustments to the photographs, as your satisfaction is our priority.

-Copyright and Credits: respect copyright laws and appreciate the recognition of my work. I will clearly explain the copyright ownership of the images. If desired, we discuss how you can credit us as the photographer when using the images(Instagram Tiktok ect).

-Client Confidentiality: Your privacy is important to us. I assure you that any personal information and images shared with us will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed without your consent.
